DTK production department includes tool production, rubber mix, vulcanization and finishing process.
We produce molds for sealing parts according to customer drawing with very complex geometries and tight tolerance (dimension and flash).
Rubber mixing ensure the quality of compound before vulcanization.
Vulcanization process has molding machines to guarantee the production of sealing parts :
- Injection molding machines,
- compression molding machines.
Finishing process is the next process after vulcanization, to post cure and deflash items. With our equipments and experiences, surface treatments can be taken to satisfy the request of customers.

Silicone has a lot of good specification, like resistance to low and high temperature (-70°C--+250°C), chemical, water, ageing etc. DTK silicone products are widely used in the condition contacting with skin and food according to standards WRAS, FDA, DVGW-W270, NSF, ACS.
